SKEMA Conseil is the student consulting firm of SKEMA Business School

SKEMA Conseil is the Junior-Enterprise of SKEMA Business School since 1969. Azur Junior Conseil, junior of CERAM in Sophia Antipolis, and Norétude, junior of ESC Lille, merge in 2009 to become SKEMA Conseil. In 2011, SKEMA Conseil Paris was created. With their respective experiences, the Lille, Paris and Nice branches merge in 2020 to form a single structure.

Since then, SKEMA Conseil has continued to expand: it became the first Junior-Enterprise in the world to be established on three continents: the SKEMA Consultoria Brazil branch was created in 2020, and the US branch, SKEMA Consulting, was created in 2022.

This history of more than 50 years and this rich heritage have allowed SKEMA Conseil to become one of the very best Junior-Enterprises in France, both in terms of turnover, and in terms of awards obtained: since 2019, SKEMA's Junior-Enterprise has been awarded the Best Entrepreneurial Coaching Award and the Best Consulting Study Award in 2019, the Best Entrepreneurial Coaching Award and the Best Positive Impact Project Award in 2020 as well as the Best Consulting Study Award in 2021.

SKEMA Conseil is subject to the law of associations of 1901. It is an association that takes the form of a student consultancy. It accompanies and meets the needs of professionals. With its rich expertise, the Junior-Enterprise is part of a quality approach, as shown by the fact that it obtains the ISO9001 standard every year, following a complete audit of the structure.

Key events

Les Tremplins de l’Innovation est un concours d’entrepreneuriat à l’initiative de SKEMA Conseil. Il vise à aider les entrepreneurs aux idées innovantes à concrétiser leurs  projets. Il existe différents Tremplins selon la spécialisation :  Environnement, Avenir (IA), Coup de Cœur du Jury et Intrapreneuriat. Chaque Tremplin représente une étude réalisée par SKEMA Conseil en fonction des besoins du vainqueur, valorisée entre 3.000€ et 5.000€. Ces études sont financées par nos partenaires, ainsi que tous ceux qui souhaitent accompagner ces entrepreneurs.

MAC : We also organise MAC (My Associative Concept)  avec la CASK, qui est un accélérateur de projets associatifs, sous forme de concours entre les associations de SKEMA sur les campus français et internationaux. Cette année, le MAC prend un axe RSE, puisque chaque association se doit de présenter un projet responsable. Le gagnant est aidé financièrement dans la réalisation de son projet et est accompagné par SKEMA Conseil. 

Présidence : Le Président et le Vice-Président Directeur Commercial dirigent l’ensemble du groupe SKEMA Conseil présent sur les 3 campus français, Lille, Paris, Nice, à Raleigh aux États-Unis et à Belo Horizonte au Brésil. Ils conçoivent et mettent en place la stratégie de SKEMA Conseil et suivent l’activité commerciale.

Ressources Humaines et Secrétariat Général : Le pôle SGRH de SKEMA Conseil, regroupe les Secrétaires Généraux et les chargés des ressources humaines de chaque campus. Les secrétaires généraux organisent, planifient et animent les réunions mensuelles. Ils veillent également à la bonne disposition du local, gèrent l’inventaire et les fournitures des locaux afin de les garder propres. Les chargés des ressources humaines ont pour principale mission le recrutement des intervenants, indispensable pour assurer l’activité commerciale de la structure. D’un autre côté, ils doivent veiller à favoriser une bonne ambiance de l’équipe, tant locale que nationale via l’organisation de Team Building et d’événements qui permettent de créer du lien.

Trésorerie:  The unit manages the treasury throughout the year. Its members are few in number, but particularly assiduous and rigorous. The national treasurer and local treasurers take care of the budget and ensure that it is respected throughout the year. They also manage the daily tasks with the compulsory declarations linked to the economic activity of the Junior-Enterprise.

Audit & Qualité : The audit and quality department is mainly responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documents produced by the organisation, in particular through the proofreading of all these documents. They are also responsible for analysing all the structure's KPIs and monitoring studies to ensure that they are carried out correctly.

Marketing: The marketing department is an essential part of the Junior-Enterprise, it combines both internal communication and external communication, especially through social networks. The efficient management of the SMO increases the visibility of SKEMA Conseil and allows us to communicate efficiently with our stakeholders. Beyond the creation of visuals, the department collects and analyses KPIs related to its activity and implements a real long-term marketing strategy. The marketing department monitors SKEMA Conseil's brand image to ensure that the visuals and information communicated outside the structure are appropriate. In addition, the marketing department works with the Presidency and the ADs to produce the awards presented at national conferences. 

Growth: The growth department is responsible for managing the SEO and SEA of the website, and for managing the digital components of the structure. They also play a key role in improving processes.

Commercial : The commercial division is made up of the project managers and the commercial manager, who are responsible for stimulating and supervising the commercial activity. They support the other project managers in the structure throughout the study if necessary. 

International : The international pole is in charge of the development of the structure at the international level on the different SKEMA campuses. We have opened a branch in Belo Horizonte in 2020 and a branch in Raleigh in 2022 thanks to this pole, which allows us to be the only Junior-Enterprise present on 3 continents.

 

The recruitment of Skema Conseil members is called the RFP: Recruitment - Training - Passing. Everything starts with a collective interview called "Business Game" and the submission of a CV. The RFP is then made up of two major stages: general theoretical training phases on the structure and then practical training oriented towards the desired areas. Numerous tests are added to the recruitment process to test the seriousness and motivation of each candidate.
