The reference association at Skema for the supply of goodies and clothing for associations
The Shop is a non-profit student association of SKEMA Business School. This year, 11 students are constantly working to keep the central purchasing office and the shop of our dear school alive.
The Shop was born in 2003 from the burning desire to be able to offer associations and students textile products and goodies that meet their expectations. Each year, The Shop family is committed to offering items that are firmly rooted in and representative of a generation that wishes to find quality products with elegant design, at an affordable, understandable and justified price.

Pulls et survêtements de promotion : chaque année The Shop design les sweats et survêtements de promotion destinés à l’ensemble des campus de SKEMA. Nous nous occupons ensuite de la commercialisation de ces derniers auprès des étudiants. Les restos du coeur : The Shop participe à la collecte annuelle des restos du coeur afin d’aider les plus démunis. Nous nous engageons auprès de cette association depuis maintenant 4 années consécutives.0
The role of the president is to manage the team and to follow up projects in order to bring them to a successful conclusion. He/she has a decision-making and controlling role. The president is always present and attentive to the team. He also ensures the cohesion of his group and maintains cordial relations with all the associations.
He is the president's right-hand man. They constantly consult each other to take decisions. The vice president manages important tasks such as the contract with our payment partner. It is an important role because it manages the team and has to be able to keep everyone invested in the association project.
The treasurer is a pillar of the association who ensures the financial health of The Shop. He/she checks invoices, plans budgets and regularly monitors the accounts. He/she ensures good cash flow management. Each expense or income is validated with the treasurer.
The role of the secretary is primarily administrative. He/she is responsible for all the administrative formalities of the association following the handover. He then has the task of relaying important information to the various divisions and taking minutes at meetings.
The Communication department manages the social networks. This is an important role because it is necessary to be reactive and always follow the association's news. As soon as there is a new product, an event or a message to pass on, it is the person in charge of communication who will express himself through the association's account on social networks.
This is the department that manages everything related to the website. They developed the site from scratch to a finished product that went online this year. In addition, the two members of this division manage the sending of orders following orders. They also take care of all the visuals of the site as well as the updates.
The creative department is one of the major departments of this association. Indeed, it is the latter which elaborates the visuals of the various products that The Shop proposes. Goodies, jumpers of other associations, promotional jumpers, clothing packs, bananas, event t-shirts and even flyers for the latter, it is through the Illustrator software that its two members operate.
This is the department that manages everything to do with suppliers. They manage the association's central purchasing office. They take care of orders from our various partners and try to find the most attractive prices for our clients.
